Escondido en la jungla es esta restaurante que ofrece la mejor comida mexicana contemporánea de Zipolite. El dueño es gay y podría verlo en el toca creativo que estan aplicado a todo: el menú, el arte, el designio. Muy bueno para grupos con un comedor privado disponsible.

Some friends and I had a spectacular meal at La Providencía a few nights ago...there was so many delicious options on the menu that we all had to have 3 courses! And for the quality of the food, the price was very reasonable...i had three appetizers and 2 very strong drinks (try the Margarita Oaxquena, it is made from Mezcal instead of Tequila) for 350 pesos (less than $30 US). The owner Javier was great too, had a wonderful dry sense of humour and was there when we needed him. I love his art too..make sure you check out the painting in the bathroom...!
