If you're looking for information and listings for
• the capital city Oaxaca de Juarez go here.
• Zipolite go here.
But beyond those two destinations which have so many attractions for LGBT tourists there is much else to see in Oaxaca state!
The resort towns of Huatulco and Puerto Escondido are not necesarilly known as LGBT destinations but there are nightlife options in both.
The town of Juchitán where parents say prayers in hopes that one of their children will be gay. In many ways Juchitán is Mexico’s Cherry Grove, where muxes even have an Invasion-type festival.
And the archeological zone of Mitla is definitely worth a visit.
