Bazooka

We visited on Friday night, arriving at about 11 which turned out to be too early. People kept trickling in very slowly. The bartender said it would get busy by midnight and it got a little busier but never quite got there. I guess Saturday really is the night to go. The music is pop on Friday (they promoted it as "antro-mix") whereas I guess Saturday is full on vaquero including the music. Cover was a bit steep at 100 pesos which didn't include any drinks (just a ticket for a draw). One thing I was impressed by was the space of the cuarto oscuro which wasn't just a back room with nothing. It has its own bar in fact! It didn't get busy on this Friday night up there but it must be fun on a packed Saturday!
