Tlaxcala is Mexico's smallest state by area and one of it's smallest by population but there is a gay scene to be found primarily in the state capital, also called Tlaxcala and in the nearby cities of Santa Ana Chiautempan and Apizaco. There is an annual gay pride parade in the capital.
