The vast majority of LGBT venues in Puebla state are to be found in the state capital of Puebla de Zaragoza and the adjoining city of San Andrés Cholula which have their own page here.
But there is a significant gay community in other parts of the state which you can see by the fact that in 2023 there were 14 cities in Puebla state that had LGBT+ pride marches including in Tehuacán, the second largest city in the state.
