The second largest city in Chiapas, Tapachula, on the border with Guatemala has several options for LGBT visitors.

Though they may not have gay bars, other communities of Chiapas have significant gay communities as well. There are pride parades in Arriaga, Comitán, Cintalapa, Palenque and Tapachula.
